In this project, we constructed a new front entryway, downsized the existing mudroom to accommodate a new powder room, and erected a wall to the left of the living room for added privacy. The entire area was updated with fresh paint, lighting, baseboards, and fixtures. We installed new hardwood floors throughout the hallway, living room, and dining area. The kitchen was completely redone with new cabinets, granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a custom coffee nook in place of the former walkthrough to the back living room. Additionally, we renovated the en-suite bathroom by relocating the toilet to facilitate a custom shower installation featuring sliding glass doors, a niche, and a new vanity.
