Skilled Labourer

Location: Guelph, ON (serving Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and surrounding areas)

Position Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable labourer to join our residential construction and renovation team. The ideal candidate is hardworking, adaptable, and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with team members to complete residential construction and renovation tasks

• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills

• Maintain flexibility, reliability, punctuality, and strong organizational habits

• Perform physical labour, including lifting materials and equipment (minimum 50 lbs)

• Deliver quality workmanship with excellent attention to detail

• Uphold a respectful and professional attitude toward coworkers, clients, and subcontractors

• Follow directions effectively and provide direction when necessary

• Work independently with minimal supervision when required

• Maintain a clean and safe job site

• Use hand and power tools safely and appropriately

Scope of Work Includes (but is not limited to)

• Demolition

• Drywall installation and repair

• Framing

• Flooring installation

• Painting

• Installation of windows, doors, and trim

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential construction or renovations

• Strong understanding of basic construction methods and tools

• Ability to work physically in various job site conditions

• Valid driver’s license (preferred)

• Personal tools are considered an asset, but not required
