RBD Contracting are a pleasure to work with on major and minor renovations! Scott and Frank are actively involved throughout the project - from idea conception through project planning and implementation. We did a major ground floor reno on our kitchen, living room, dinning room, ensuite and powder room. From start to finish, Scott and Frank kept us in the loop on what would and wouldn't work; they listened to our ideas for changes and either accepted them (with good change management and paperwork) or said why they thought we'd be better to take a different approach (which was backed up in their experience of major renos.) Overall, I'd use RBD Contracting again. Their workmanship and contacts in the trades (there were a number of people they connected with us who did great product) is invaluable. These guys did a wonderful job with my basement after it being flooded. They looked after my walls, doors, trim and floors. They even came up with a great solution to one of my bedrooms that had stucco on it. After a flood, our insurance company contracted the work to a company who sub-contracted to RBD Contracting Inc. Were we ever blessed and very happy. Frank,Scott and the team were easy to work with; always on time; worked straight through without smoke breaks, etc. In other words, put in a good day's work. We were so impressed with their workmanship, we hired RBD Contracting Inc to renovate our entire lower level. This included tearing the back off the house, so we now have a beautiful new walk-out facing a more convenient side. Not disappointed!!! So then it seemed that our 'shed' was not up to par. Now we have a beautiful 'shop' (sizing makes a difference in title) in our backyard. RBD worked in to the freezing and start of the snowing, to complete the build. As soon as the backyard is dryer, we anticipate our yard will be cleaned up, (hopefully soon) and back for using again.Read More
