Exterior Living Spaces

For this project, we constructed a custom patio atop an existing garage for our clients, complete with an outdoor kitchen space and a pergola.

Walnut Renovation

In this project, we constructed a new front entryway, downsized the existing mudroom to accommodate a new powder room, and erected a wall to the left of the living room for added privacy. The entire area was updated with fresh paint, lighting, baseboards, and fixtures. We installed new hardwood floors throughout the hallway, living room, and dining area. The kitchen was completely redone with new cabinets, granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a custom coffee nook in place of the former walkthrough to the back living room. Additionally, we renovated the en-suite bathroom by relocating the toilet to facilitate a custom shower installation featuring sliding glass doors, a niche, and a new vanity.

The process involves removing the current driveway, excavating the area, and pouring a new brushed concrete driveway.

Custom Work

This fireplace accent wall was part of the condo’s original design, but our client wanted to enhance it with a bold statement piece to truly make the wall and fireplace stand out. After consulting with our client and reviewing the designs they loved, we got to work crafting a custom wood statement wall for their fireplace, bringing a relaxing and sophisticated ambiance to the space.

Sidehigh Addition

This project involves the construction of a two-story addition, including a two-car garage, a second-floor master suite, and an enhanced front entrance. The scope of work encompasses excavation, new foundation, framing, roof trusses, plumbing, electrical work, insulation, drywall, windows, doors, siding, exterior stonework, and wood pillars. The transformation of the existing home into our client's dream home is a testament to our commitment to quality and excellence.
